Norman Harvey
Since starting his creative career over 20 years ago, Norm has ventured through many avenues in the creative industry. He started his foundation in photography and found a passion in teaching. He worked as a pro product evangelist for Apple and Adobe, specialising in post production. This tenure laid down a passion for creative excellence and unique creative ideation. As the lead creative at Spearhead, Norm pushes past the general expectations of clients, always achieving above and beyond the brief.

Brett Fourie
An experienced Business Partner having worked for over 20 years in a broad spectrum of business industries including advertising and film production. Skilled in Digital Strategy, Media Buying, Web Design and Advertising Management. He can be described as a strong business relationship development professional, passionate about client happiness. A long history of working with blue-chip clients like Vodacom, MTN, Pick n Pay and ABSA has laid a foundation of service excellence.

Laurie Scheepers
Laurie is our Johannesburg based creative with a passion for all things visual. Having started his career in design, he has taken that passion for visual arts and shaped his career in stills and video. He is dedicated to capturing the look and feel you want for your project. From photography to videography, including drone shoots, his expertise in his chosen field is undeniable. Easy to work with and always willing to go the extra mile while maintaining a singular focus.

Anton Robert
Anton is our Cape Town based photographer with over 25′ years experience in producing and shooting stills, gaining all-round experience with both location and studio shoots, he has travelled to exotic locations for both local and international clients. He has worked on TV shows like Face of Africa and Americas Next Top Model, TV commercials and music videos. His portfolio is now extending into camera and directing work for film.

She is the heart of Spearhead, spreading her infectious warmth of spirit into everything she does.
